Two inches of snow (known as a flurry in Buffalo), and all area school districts are so overcome with weather troubles that they are forced to open two hours late.
Just wait until the kiddies graduate into 'reality' and realize that most of the world has just get up a little earlier to deal with the snow and stay on schedule.
